Ramin needed to pay a fee of about 35k dollars to the Perspolis (I think that was a part of an agreement), which he did yesterday, that's why he didn't receive his ITC yet. It usually takes a long time for Iranian players to receive their ITC.

Btw. it's the FA that needs to release the ITC, not the club
