Rough game with lots of fouls and dirty plays with not much great football.

Players are such spoiled brats. Too much arguing and making boneheaded plays

They need to go to Azadegan league. That will fix everything.

Two government owned teams. Hell.

First, government OUT OF SPORTS. Privatize both PP and SS.

Second, those who bring objects to stadium should be identified and penalized in million tomans.

Players played rough and they deserved yellow cards. PP used its chances, SS did not. SS could tie the game if they played more focused.

The good thing is that the game finished. LOL.

SS by far the better team and the ref made some questionable calls

So biased. Esteghlal was too nervous and messy today. No business on the field today.

Honestly there were not highlights to this game. 9 yellow cards were handed out. I think there should have been some red cards as well. Too much protesting and yelling by players at the direction of referee. Lots of fouls. No great football display. Bad passes and missed opportunities.

Esteghlal had a million free kick opportunities. Their coach was shouting and protesting on sidelines all game long. I do not see how that helps players to focus.

Bottomline is players lost their focus and the IQ went out the door in this game. They were not prepared mentally to play in such a big game.
Fans also displayed how backward our culture still is by throwing objects at cameramen and players.

IRIB censored the fan noise which could have added excitement for viewers at home. Excitement is forbidden is Islamic Republic.

Yep, shouldn't have done that, but I have seen similar and worse things from red fans after our heavy loss against Al Ahli (on social media).


Unfortunately some red and blue fans have more hate towards the other team than love and pride for Iran. Domestic rivalry is great and fun, but internationally, and especially against Arabs/Saudi's, we should be united.

Playing dirty does not give the team value. Ater so many players playing dirty now I can not eel sorry or SS losing more games.
How in the world Mansoorian picked up these players off the street. You have to have class to play for the top and greater teams
