AFC Futsal Club Championship - Basically all Iranians

Just looked at the Wikipedia article on the event and found out that the following Iranian players are playing:

Vic Vipers (Australia) - Alinejad (1 out of 3 goals of the team)
Thai Son Nam (Vietnam) - Tayyebi (6/19)
Bank of Beirut (Lebanon) - Jafari (1/8)
Naft al Wasat (Iraq) - Bahadori (7/17) and Tavakoli (2/17)
    And of course Giti Pasand.

It's a little bit like the Beach Soccer Cup, where basically every team had some Brazilians (or in Azerbaijan/Brazilbaijans case only Brazilians).

29 out of 131 goals (every fourth goal) until now were shot by Iranians. Consider that Giti Pasand had one game less.

we shouldn't lose so much good players to teams from other countries .. not good for both our national team + the Iranian futsal league

In this case its okay because we can only participate with one team from iran so its good that other Iranian players can play also, maybe in the furure Iran can have more teams in this cup and then its better if the players are in iranian clubs only

As long as our clubs win, I'm happy Iranians are getting money in other leagues as well. They have to make a living.

The more Iranian players in other leagues, the more good players we produce for our own team! Much Like trimming a rose to allow it grow and blossom more!

They will play for those teams only during this competition.

In Asian club Championships this is common practice. This is the case in Futsal, Volleyball and Basketball.
During this competition teams can add 1 to 3 players (depending on sport) to their roster.

Actually all of those guys play in Iran, except Tayyebi (our best player) which plays in Kazakhstan (Brazakhstan) in one of the top teams of the UEFA Champions League.

We got a red card against Al Rayyan but still won 4-2 and are now in the final! Nonetheless I think Chonburi Blue Wave until now have shown a better performance, at least they won against Shriker Osaka and Bank of Beirut by a higher margin.
Same final as 2013 by the way - back then Chonburi won in penalty shootout.

Good to see Iranians play. This is good for Iran and Iranians.

Sport(s) is (are) or can be a profession where players can make a living.

My wish is to keep the government OUT OF sports.

Best to Iran, Iranian teams, and all Iranians.

In my opinion Al Rayyan was the hardest step, final should be easier.
Al Rayyan was full of quality Brazilians, while other teams have generally only 1 or 2. However, our team was clearly superior to them and was quite unlucky to win only by 3-2.

The only thing which makes me worry is that we have generally some problems with East Asian teams, because we are stronger than them in terms of physic so we don't play the same futsal as always.
But Giti Pasand is much stronger than this Thai team for sure.
