Alireza's value this world cup depends solely on Masoud and Ramin. If they can pass the ball to him when he's open or has a one-on-one, JB can shine like he does with AZ, but if Masoud just keeps hugging the ball and Ramin just boots it from our 3rd, then Alireza's only chnace to shine will rely on lucky bonuces.

The thing about Baksh is that his role is to play a lot of defensive in these team Melli matches so he doesn’t get to go one on one verses players. He only got that chance 1-2 times vs Morocco. If he can get isolated he can go past a player but bc of his defensive work rate it’s hard to isolate him

Most Eredevise players that go to big teams don't usually fit in immediately. The last one I can think of is Suarez. Players like Milik, Depay, and so on did not have a huge impact and others like Vertongen, Blind, and even Sanchez needed time to adjust. Bas Dost had one huge season in Germany and that was because of De Bruyne. If Jahanbakhsh goes to a midtable team in one of the top4 leagues that will be good, he'll have time to adapt and improve without his playtime getting interrupted.

According to this rumor from someone who seems fairly reputable on twitter named TransferGeek, Jahanbakhsh is Liverpools second choice if they cannot sign Fekir. Would be a good team to join, as he would be a rotational attacker with Salah, Mane, and Firmino who are all frequently injured.

I really hope he goes to La Liga. We need someone to continue the legacy of Neko and Masoud.

I tend to agree that la liga would be a better fit ... less physical more technical (which suits our players and ultimately the style of play which I think we all like to see).
Hopefully, he puts in a decent performance and catches the eye this evening.“I swear it upon Zeus an outstanding runner cannot be the equal of an average wrestler.” - Socrates

Fekir likely won't be going to Liverpool as during his medical they found an issue involving a persistent knee? problem or some body part and they wanted to reduce the agreed upon transfer price and Lyon refused to. The club actually released a statement saying he is staying. So Liverpool could be monitoring Ali at the WC to make a final decision, he would be cheap depth for the club, as he would be less than half of what Fekir cost
