Had a lot of good interceptions and gave Weghorst at least 3 good scoring oppertunities.

PSV maybe being in a weak period, but their are still one of the 2 biggest clubs of The Netherlands! Even if they are weak, its not easy to beat them in their own turf.

That Europe League failure was because of underestimating the oponent, Dutch people/teams tend to be too ignorant and lose focus.

I'm actually happy he's in AZ, smart move by him. He'll have a lower price if he performs well at the WC, which I really hope he does.
He'd be massively successful in the Bundesliga, but I think Italian/Spanish leagues would bring a different dimension to his game. His tenacity will be a massive asset in those leagues, whereas his professionalism would serve him better in the Bundesliga.

What a character. Hope we have more players learning from him.
