Man if you think Gucci can match Taremi's speed and his handling of the ball (dribbling skills) you're only kidding yourself. Do you see Gucci making a similar rush which Taremi did against Russia, or assist like Ansarifard against Qatar and Uzbekistan? Fact is he lacks the talent, Taremi can play on the wings or as a second striker, is more versatile than most of our forwards. Ansarifard's club form, for the past 2 seasons up till now has been much better than Gucci's. Since Gucci can't play on the wings or as a second striker because of his lack of football skills (unlike Taremi, Rezaei and Ansarifard) he can only compete for the striker position. Making his options limited. Who in their right mind would pick him over Azmoun, Ansarifard, Rezaei, Taremi and Ghoddos? Gucci can't keep the ball upfront, he is weak in the air, his passing skills are not good enough, his main strength is his positioning off the ball. And that's not enough to be called up. We have a totally different situation than 4 years ago

Lol... the evidence is that they're all doing far better at club level than he is, Karim and Azmoun have done more for TM than Gucci (Kaveh hasn't gotten a proper run yet), and Gucci has done nothing for TM for over a year now.
