Mansourian has been a very bad news for TM youth. His record is dismal and his conduct disgrace.

1^st Blood.

Although he did not deserve to coach U23 because he was so much invoking CQ name and did not ask much salary IFF handed him the helm.
He made a fatal mistake playing Kamyabini as a reserve with two cards that cost Iran 0_3 game.
He spends much of his time to justify his action denying knowledge of yellow cards and gave less attention to the returned game in Tehran and lost to Iraq 0_2 (0_5 aggregate). He never fully apologized and accepted his incompetence.
Unfortunatelya few years later once again He took the Job from Afazeli via his lobbies.

2^nd Blood, 2^nd Disaster. Ghelyongate.

While he was with his team in Kish for last training before going to U22 Asian/Olympic his team analyst and team captain Mosalman and Star Sadeghian were caught up in Smoking part at hotel.
Mansourian at first tried to deny it then worked hard to cover it up, But Hotel Manager had already send an unpaid bill of 1.5 Million tap for Ghelyon party to IFF .
IFF banned two players and Mansourian resigned from TM U22 coaching!
Resigning from TM Omid coaching a week before the game is disgraceful and unpatriotic. What made it worse is his reasoning. He said too risky for him to coach under that circumstance. Risk for him and not for TM Omid! Needless to say Afazeli took the team and ultimately team failed.

Disgrace Chapter III.

For WC U20 Norafkan was only Esteghlal player invited by Peiravani. Mansourian did not released him for training and under pressure from IFF he released him alone while team gone earlier. He had no chance to practice with team and did not really play up to the par. Team defense was bad and U19 failed to advance.
Noorafkan joined 2 days prior to next Esteghlal ACL game but Mansourian did not start him and Estreghlal conceded 6 goals a shameful result.
Mansourian later on blamed his shameful result on not having his young player.

Shameless 4^th Season.

For Asian U22 Peiravani invited 3 Esteghlal players. Esteghlal refused to release them even one day for training with the rest and took them with the team abroad. Although Club manager promised IFF to release 3 players, Mansourian used Derby game as excuse not to do so.
There was no Derby and week prior to that game Persepolis coach made it very clear that they won’t participate. Even when that game was cancelled Mansourian prevented players to join U23. Peiravani and IFF then only requested one player (Hosseini) and once again club manager agreed but coach did not. This shameless coach played all 3 players when they came back to Tehran in meaningless game versus Lig 1 game and not let Hosseini join U23 because of supposedly it was not a FIFA day mandate.
Request for Hosseini was only for 2 games and he had time to go back and play PG league versus SNA.

U23 failed (bad defense) and eliminated. IFF banned 3 players and Esteghlal lost to SNA.
Once again Mansourian got mad and blamed his defeat for not having young players. He was not Mad or furious TM U23 lost to Oman but because his team lost to Abadani team.
It is lose-lose situation with Mansourian , he should be nowhere close to any national teams
