He is for sure a good talent and needs to be taken into consideration. But sadly the big problem is that we often find exceptional talents like Ghaedi, but we don't know how to take advantage of these young players and how to invest in them to secure our TM future.

There must at least be an organization or system which focuses on how to promote and advance these young stars. This will need something like an academy to teach them important stuff that are vital for their future improvement and success.

But unfortunately like many other things in our country, we do not have anything setup for it and often see them disappear as time goes by.

The kid seems to be very talented but he has a long way to go to become an elite player, first of everything he needs to become physically built and that takes time. I think with him, Shekari, Delfi, Soltanimehr, Derakhshani Mehr, Mohammad Sharifi, Taha Shariati and the rest, we have a good core of young players, will they develop and take it to the next level is big question. The only possible way for them is to follow the path of JB, Azmoun. That means joining European TOP DIVISION teams at a very young age(18-19) and this is only possible with good performance in U-19 and U-17 WC. Sadly during this year u-19 WC non of our players attracted scouts attention due to the poor results and coaching.

While we have had a lot of wasted talents and Ghaedi's may get wasted as well, he is clearly on a different level with regards to talent than 99.99% of these other talents that didnt materialize. He can already do things that most players can never do in their whole career and his speed is a real gift, I would not be surprised to see him in the world cup in 2018

I have never seen an Iranian player with such quickness while dribbling. Add on to that his speed and cleverness and you have the ingredients for a star.

Yes, that's why I think he's rather more like Khalatbari than Ali Karimi as it has been stated in the first post.

His short playing time amazed me. What a huge talent this guy is. He sure will be our next big star!

Not that it matters, but out of curiosity, a friend of mine told me that Ghaemi has always been a die-hard Perspolisi, and wanted to join Perspolis but his transfer fee (800 million) was declined by Perspolis, and so Esteghlal welcomed the fee and snatched him up. To me it's all good, as long as he prospers in whatever team he plays for and finds his way to a decent European club ASAP!

That may be true, however this kid is just special. I was also
Very impressed with his confidence. This is a young kid who came from an
unknown team and joined a team like Esteghlal and watching him play it did
not phase him at all.

From the short highlight I really can't say much, but apparently he must have something special if everybody is highly impressed by him.

What I do know is when young players make their debut, they tend to get a boost out of that and preform better than they actual qualities. Plus the fact that on that moment there is no pressure at all (for most of them), just the excitement of making a debut.
After a couple of good performances this changes as people are now expecting something from them and thus now there is the pressure to preform, plus other players now know what to expect and anticipate on their qualities.

Hopefully this wouldn't be the case with Ghaedi as with really special players (Karimi for example) you can see straightaway that they have qualities that far exceed regular players.
