You guys are amnesia. This whole idea of losing to team x to help team y has a long tradition. In fact, those of you who thought this idea was outrageous back in 2011, got bad-mouthed and insulted. Go figure!

Do you realize how much sweat, blood, and effort we put in too have a clean sheet during our games and too have all that go to goh because we want to "teach Koreans and Uzbeks" a lesson? We are against this behavior as Iranians and we go and do it ourselves...?
Do you realize what would happen if a good player like Azmoun gets a red card? We already lost our good Ezatollahi for the worldcup. It is actually very normal to send a reserve team in games like this and they do it very often in world cup. You don't get money or points for clean sheets. Why should we tire ourselves for Korea or UZ?
If you go to prediction forum I predicted a 5:0 victory for Iran. But I don't believe we should give a damn about UZ or South Korea at this point.
It is not stupid it is very wise!

one of the 8 first teams and we can't be by winning Asian teams.
