The team was somewhat tired and underestimated the motivation of the Syrians.

Beiranvand treated both Syrian goals very casually, although our defense wasn't great on those scenes either.
I think it's time to gave Haghighi another chance.

Overall, this was a preparatory match for us and the result didn't mean a lot, but it would have been great to keep our clean sheet.

Im all for trying Haghighi out for couple of games, but I already know what he can do at that level and he won't be better than Beiranvand. Those with poor memory need to remember how exposed Haghighi was countless times vs Oman, Turkmenistan, Iraq, Japan etc.. etc... Beiranvand will show his poor handling skills when exposed, not great in 1 on 1, and Haghighi will be poor in his own way on low crosses and coming out of his goal stupidly.

Our weakest position right now is goalkeeper. Whether we change our current number 1 or not

I also found that CQ made poor subs, we had to go for it in the 2nd half with offensive players, wingers or strikers. He brought Chehsmi and Pourghaz which in a game like this is pointless.

2 wasted subs, at least Amiri is a winger but we needed a player like Torabi who can unlock defenses with his dribbling, at least bring one more forward be it Gucci/Karim and go 2 up top

Beiranvand - 2 - horrifying. Finally found out. What's worse is that mentally this game will wreck him and it takes a very strong character to come back from that. We need to try goalies besides Haghighi and Beiranvand, because they f*** up too much. 20 years and we still don't have a good consistent goalie.
Rezaeian - 3 - nervous. every pass that comes to him it bounces back 3 metres.
Ansari - 5 - slow
Pouraliganji - 5 - sloppy, and got complacent
Mohammadi - 6 - did ok actually but defense in general was just bad

Karimi - 4 - weak today
Hajsafi - 3 - Horrible player, we would get tons of political shit hurled at us, but I'm ok with him not being in TM instead of Shojaei. He's slow with the ball and can't defend.
Dejagah - 8 - classy and a step above the rest of the team. Deserves a good club.
Jahanbakhsh - 5 - tried really hard but is too damn nervous

Taremi - 7 - great positioning, 2 assists
Azmoun - 7 - shol o vel but scored 2

Need lots of friendlies, physical conditioning and understanding that the game is more than just 90 minutes. I thought TM had figured that out finally, but today they showed its a horrible habit.
CQ will whip the boys good hopefully.

I thought Dejagah had one of his better recent games. Ezzatollahi and his enforcer mentality was missed. The game was not as bad as the results indicate.
