thanks dadash. I know some people think I am overly optimistic here. Thats just never been the case . Its just that most members are so overly pessimistic and depressing that anybody who makes logical conclusions seems like a total optimist.

For PP tomorrow , what they have already achieved is fantastic, anything more would be incredible. They really have become interesting to watch , the first Iranian club team in a very long time. And the credit for that must go to branko ( to the morons on here that said PP should fire him , I asked you what is a better alternative ?, where are you now ???? ) .

    My xi for tomorrow

    ------------Beiranvand------------

    ---Moharrami-----Jalal-----Shoja-----Mahini----

    -----------------Rabikhah----------

    --------Ahmadzadeh---------Amiri------

    ----------------Mosalman---------

    ------------Mensha-------Alipour------

    Subs : Resan for ahmadzadeh

    Mosleh for mahini/Amiri

      I Persepolis so so much.

We are playing against a tough team tomorrow guys. Korkori and rivalry put aside, Al Hilal are a strong club with a big reputation in Saudi Arabia. They know what's at stake here and they don't want to exit in the semis again against an Iranian club.

The last time they faced Zob Ahan in the 2010 ACL semis, they lost twice in both legs. The 2014 ACL final is another bitter memory for them.

On the other hand, Persepolis is one of the most popular clubs in Asia. We already have a star on our shirts for 10 league titles. Due to the unpredictability of our league and of how many times clubs change coaches/players, this team may or may not be at the same level as they are now overall. We are in this position in a continental setting after many many years. So you bet your ass Persepolis is fully aware of Al Hilal and of what's at stake.

There used to be a time when I thought to myself, "I'd like to say we are ready. I'd like to think that Persepolis is motivated and prepared for the round of 16 against Al Ittihad." And then we know what happened (2012 ACL).

But today, on Monday September 25, 2017.. I can proudly and most confidentl tell you all that, "Persepolis is motivated, Persepolis is prepared and ready for Al Hilal tomorrow!"

I was the same way when I first joined PFDC. Optimistic and trying to cheer our members up. I still am the same way and won't change for anybody. You shouldn't either! Be who you are, be proud of your optimistic beliefs and carry on forward. We need more people like you here. Although I was a little negative with my other post earlier, I also believe that we have many positive members on PFDC who do think rationally and bring about good points regarding different topics. I just wish they were more active than the pessimistic members.

Like you said, Persepolis has come a long way and it is a fantastic achievement. If they go out fighting and giving their best, I will still cheer them on and show my support.

There's a great chemistry and unity in the Persepolis of 2017. And in my honest opinion, that is the biggest threat to Al Hilal than anything else tomorrow.

              My line up
              Rado
              Moharami-Hosseini-Shoja-Mahini
              Rabihkhah-Ahmadzadeh
              Mosalman
              Alipour-Mensha-Amiri
              Min 65
Bring Mosleh for Mahini. Push Mahini to RB and move Moharami up for RW. Take Ahmadzadeh out.
Bring Nourollahi to cover the DM and take Amiri out. Move Alipour to LW.
              Min 80
Take Mosalman out and bring Rasan. Move Alipour to the front and Moharami to LW. Move Mensha as SS and send long balls for Alipour up front.
(or take Mosalman out and bring either Taherkhani or Alvanzadeh and move Mensha one line back to CM/AMF and send long balls up front and exchange Alipour and Moharami as new RW and LW to mess up Al Hilal player marking.)

^ Why start Rado over Beiranvand? Especially in such a highly crucial and sensitive match like this.
