If keeps up his current form & perform as good or even slightly better, I think he may well get some EU offers after the WC. ..!

Hosseini can break Nekounam's most international caps.

However he has said that he will retire after the World Cup. Maybe he will stay until late 2019 and get the extra caps needed to break Javad's record

Looks like we have a brief camp in December. But we've already played 6 out of 8 matches. I reckon there will definitely be 1 or 2 in March, so it'll probably be a training camp only in December.

January 2017, we were due to play Morocco in the UAE but was cancelled. They are mixing with last year. Fake news like always

Such a smooth ride to the World Cup, our team full of emerging young talent, playing with purpose and unity, seeded in pot 3, in an incredibly unique World Cup... I mean I've been dying of anticipation just to find out who will be in our group, let alone the games themselves. Very fun times for Iranian football fans

Don't forget about the Asian Cup that quickly follows although I think they should move the Asian Cup competitions to the summers, so it doesn't interfere with club competitions

Would this be the 1st time an Asian qualifier has been placed in pot 3 rather than the usual pot 4 (other than when Korea & Japan were hosts)? If so that is another feather in our hats.

I was standing 2 meters away from this scene and it really was crappy!
Before the camera turned on, some IFF guys demanded Ghoddos would bring his "tasliat" for the earthquake victims and Saman didn't even understand the half of what the man said.
Then other IFF guys joined the discussion and i really saw some aggression on the face of Saman, he felt ambushed i think.

I was almost going to say something, but then realised ; they all would say "Who the #### are you??"
