There is a big chance with this pack of forwards that Ansarifard will lose his TM place for the world cup, if everything continues the way it does.

      SUBS:
      1. Ansarifard => Rezaei
      2. Kanaani => Pouraliganji
      3. Jahanbakhsh => Dejagah (move Ghoddos into the middle)

It is vital that Torabi and Ghoddos play the full match. Saman needs to be tested as a winger, and as a CAM. And Torabi needs some time to show himself, Jahanbakhsh has been struggling, and Taremi and Ansarifard play a much different style on the wing, and I find Amiri to be a very average player who just has stamina, therefore the key people being tested is Ghoddos, Torabi, and Mazaheri, and also Ebrahimi to see how does as the sole CDM (something Ezatolahi can't do).
we cant play with a sole CDM, maybe we could do that if we had a player like Kante or something but we dont. Also , while its good to try out new tactics, players, I think at this point we should keep the same formation. Its not going to be changed so best to try players within the roles they will play in the WC. Ezatolahi and Ebrahimi axis should be tried and then compared to Ezatolahi - Hajsafi axis.

I think this is the most ideal lineup if we want to go into the World Cup with counterattacking and defensive style with speed on the flanks. I would use a 5-2-1-2 formation to see how that works. For Dutch NT in 2014, it worked fantastically.

We will have an incredible tough defense with three rocks in the back and Hosseini functioning as leader of the defensive line.

I seriously think that Jahanbakhsh might be better doing his defensive work rather than playing as a forward. He is a hard working player who can hold the ball. Maybe we should try him out as a right-back. In the World Cup 2014, Dutch veteran Dirk Kuyt was also used by Van Gaal as an upcoming back on the flank.

        Haghighi

        Mohammadi - Pouraliganji - Hosseini (C) - Cheshmi - Jahanbakhsh

        Hajsafi - Ezatolahi

        Dejagah

        Ghoddos - Azmoun

World Cup, Think it will be this by CQ:

          -------------------------Haghghi----------------------
          -------------Pouraliganji------Montazeri-------------
          --Ramin-------------------------------Mohammadi--
          -----------------Ezza----Hajsafi----------------------
          --Jahanbaksh--------Ghoddos----------Taremi------
          ---------------------Azmoun--------------------------

It is an interesting idea, but I think our strongest strength is our wingers, and the pace for them to carry down the wing. With this formation we would be forced to bring the ball and carry it through the middle, and only much later in the pitch would our attackers get the ball. Also this formation would pretty much be very very reliant on Dejagah to carry and hold the ball, I think he would gas out. Either way it is a cool idea, maybe something that would work better (if you follow premier league) is Chelsea's formation 3-4-3 formation. Where there are 3 CB's two wing backs pushed further up, supported by two CDM/CMs, then it is 2 wingers with only attacking duties, and a strong striker. It could actually work very well!!!

Building on your formation (not including the Jahanbakhsh part because that may be too many changes, but just to show my point adapting your ideas and lineup)

            ---------------------------Haghighi------------------------------
            ---------Pouraliganji-----Hosseini-------Cheshmi--------------
            -Rezaein---------Ezatolahi-----Hajsafi-------------Mohammadi
            -----------Dejagah---------------------Ghoddos----------------
            -------------------------Azmoun---------------------------------

Wow could be really cool to see
            --------------------------Beiranvand-------------------
            --Moharrami----Hosseini--Kanaani----Amiri--
            ------------------Ezatolahi-----Ebrahimi--------------
            --Jahanbaksh---------Ghoddos------------Taremi--
            ---------------------------Azmoun----------------------

I think Queiroz will use Beiranvand in one of the games to back him, but Haghighi in the other one. It's clearly between the two for WC and he won't waste much time on the third choice keepers.

His decision will be really crucial, I think our goalkeeper can make or beak our World Cup campaign. We need a keeper who can save us games just like Keylor Navas did with Costa Rica.

Haghighi is shit now. Just look at his performances in this Swedish team. Imagining him being our main GK in WC gives you chills done your spine.

If that´s the case, then it just doesn't´t make sense to invite two additional keepers, four in total. Then he would have invited one more keeper.

CQ did a huge work for TM but I am afraid his stubborness with some of his weird choice will waste all of his good work

Good list, but as long as Dejagah doesn't have a club he shouldn't be in the list. So Shojaei instead of Dejagah and when Montazeri is fit he should be included aswell. Real shame Shojaei is excluded because of political reasons

What is this soft spot CQ has for Ansarifard? What the hell has he done for us ?!I can't think of one important goal he scored for TM in his whole career. He has had countless caps and has done nothing, yet he still gets invited over and over and over again ?! No one else is curious about this?? we can't even say hes 'young' anymore he is reaching peak football age pretty soon.

His assist vs Qatar was beautiful. Not all about scoring goals. If that was the case drop the whole team besides azmoun because we don't score much.

I mean I remember some good performances, especially vs Qatar away with that wonderful assist for taremi. He has quality, but I think if Kaveh continues like this then Karim will be replaced in the final list as CQ cant take all those forwards.
