I’m not sure but I think they’d be combining some of the FIFA dates used for friendlies. So the year they do the tournament instead of having multiple international breaks they’d just have one long one.

They would double as qualifiers for continental championships and the World Cup qualifiers.
For a team like Iran, this would be a great idea. Decent teams would basically be forced to play us . However the European Nations League means European teams won't be having any friendlies with non-European teams.

Yeah but if Iran becomes the group winner which would most likely happen, then they move onto the Intercontinental Tournament where they’d play the other group winners from other the Confederations. Most likely the likes of Brazil, Germany, etc.

Yeah all 223 members of FIFA will be invited.

I am against European Nations League. They want to strength their football, and do not want other continent teams improve. this is wrong.

But I am FOR Global Nations League, if all nations of the world will OR can be considered.
(Or as much as possible can be considered.)

But I think dividing the world into groups and every group contains a member of a confederation is good.

Conmebol have 10 South American teams. So I think, if we can have 10 groups with

UEFA 49 Teams out of 55 Members = (5 Teams each group; one group with 4 European teams + New Zealand or an Multi-Oceanian Team)
AFC 10 best Teams (1 Team each group)
CONMEBOL 10 Teams (1 team each group)
CONCACAF 10 Teams (1 team each group)
AFRICA 10 Teams (1 team each group)
+ New Zealand or (Best/Multi Ocenian Allstar Team)

This way, 90 best teams of all confederation will play Quality Friendlies" while the other half of the world can improve and play each other.

UEFA 5 (or New Zealand/ OFC Best 11)

CONMEBOL 1
