I watched at home w family and it was great. However at that time i had not many ways of showing my excitement cuz soccer wasnt big back then and school was out for summer so i couldnt talk smack
And no internet to at least enjoy it there a little

But this time around if we get lucky with an African or South American team, i think we can squeeze a win. But i hope we play at least 2 well known teams so the world sees us. Not some country that no one cares about. It aint fun beating Serbia or Panama. Gimme Ireland Mexico Colombia Portugal

There was this kid I saw in the stadium at half time and he was wearing a US jersey. So I asked "do you like the US team?" and he said "yeah" and I said "why, they suck" and he said "I'm from the US" then he said "who do you like" and I said "Iran" and then he's like "ok" and I'm like "yeah" and then I went back to my seat.
