I got to say I don't like this culture of weak passing/small tricks Perspolis kept trying to do today. There were so many chances to create attacks with decisive passes but they kept deciding to do backheels or stepovers or some other weak stuff.

Maybe its the CDM in me but if you are down you should be passing direct to score. Hell even if you are tied 0-0 you should be looking to score. Keep the flashy stuff for when you are winning if at all.

Although I did not watch the Persepolis game in full, I will say the following about my observation:

1) the goal Beiranvand conceded was not nearly as bad as everyone here said it was. PFDC is so dramatic when it comes to Beiranvand. I do think he has some fundamental issues but that goal was clean and straight into the corner, not to mention through Seyed Jalals legs.


And

2) Seyed mothafuckin jalal man, what else can you say about this guy, he is a legend, a legend for TM and obviously PP.

He always comes in clutch and earned us a 3 point goal in qualifiers as well. Kudos for this guy for being such a beast. Good to see him fit and ready cuz we’ll need him for the WC
