Just got my tickets for Spain and Portugal games. I want the Morocco game bad. Will probably sell my Spain game and leave for work if I get the Morocco game.

I've heard the same. Wish I was going in a group. Alot of my friends warned me about going alone but I did it anyways. Hope to make some friends there.

I'm going to be in Moscow around 16-17. Then going for the Iran vs. Spain and Iran vs. Portugal games. Not sure where to go in between so far.

I get into St Petersburg midnight the night before. My plan is to go to ticket collection office first thing in the morning, then find somewhere to watch the Egypt-Uruguay match and get a few drinks down me with some fellow Iranians/PFDC-ers.

GUYS I have arrived in st petersburg, finally (so many fckin delays). In airbnb now close to nevsky prospekt, very comfortable, visited supermarket and got some basic stuff. So far, love the city itself, reminds in ways of iran, its very beautiful, many green spaces. I saw fan fest area from my taxi on my way in (arrived this morning). I have some jet lag, but am totally down to meet fellow Iran fans and PFDC members and hang out, Im with dad and brother. We should try to meet to watch russia saudi together.

EDIT: also immediately check out the downtown around hermitage adjacent to neva river. It’s really happening at night, and is simply stunning. I’ve really never seen anything like it in terms of a downtown that just keeps going.
