if you are referring to the ticket that is assigned to IFF. that is incorrect. If Iranian bought ticket by themselves, thats a different story.

I heard one person told me they got their ticket, as they had registered in fifa on the first round.

and before anyone says i should have just gone through fifa, i tried, however i am dual national and i dont have an iranian passport, so i was unable to purchase a ticket for iran......but i could for england........but that would be a waste of money

well, you coulda just purchased Individual Game/Iran instead of (TST-Iran) tickets on FIFA..!
I also ran into similar stumbling block trying to order IRAN-TST( cause 1 of us )only my nephew was born in USA hence i couldnt proceed ordering TST IRAN tickets for all...! but i placed individual game tickets order for Iran all 3 games..... we will see what happens though by mid Feb. if we get them or not ..? thats the bs part of ordering through FIFA .... the uncertainty and the waiting game....!!

have you already received your tickets in mail via Viagogo ?? or have they given you at least an Official Confirmation after the purchase..?? IF SO
see if you can use that confirmation in order to attain a FAN ID on FIFA.COM and please let us know how that process went.

pretty sure you coulda proceeded without Iranian passport..? i used my US Passport number for all three of us and didnt face any issue placing order for all 3 games on FIFA..!
But like i said the premium price you paid is probably worth the bs waiting and uncertainty game you gotta play on FIFA..!!? you can make that most of that excess ticket fees up instead on the EARLY planning for Flight and lodging probably..??
Viagogo is my next choice option if FIFA Fails me.. .??

fan club , as in iran club zone, or getting ticket for the fan ID.

Hey everyone.

Been here for a long time but this will be my first ever post.

Sorry if this has already been answered, but I did not want to go through 44 pages.

A group of 10 of us have booked our flights to Russia from Canada. I have both an Iranian passport and a Canadian passport. We are travelling with our Canadian passport. We just entered into the draw for the first two games using our Iranian passport. My question is, does anyone know if that'll be an issue for registering your Fan ID?

I know on their website it says that you are not required to use the same ID you used to purchase the tickets as the one you register with for Fan ID. But has anyone been able to verify this? For example, I am looking to register the Fan ID with my Canadian passport as obviously the Visa would be tied to that. Does anyone see an issue with purchasing tickets with Iranian passport and registering Fan ID with another passport?
