I applied for 4 tickets CAT1. with the option that if i dont get CAT1, they give me CAT2 or CAT3

FIFA charged me $420USD

either: I got 2 tickets at CAT 1 or all 4 tickets at CAT3.

I received a message from my bank saying fifa charged me 1600 dollars. I Guess I got my tickets.

Does it say pending clearance of the payment ? or Draw..?

no pending fifa charges yet on my CC but my fifa ticket application says :
"Request StatusPending : Pending results of the Random Selection Draw(s)."


you guys think there is still a chance i might get tickets this phase?? or if so it woulda been charged on my CC by now ?

I wouldn't worry yet. They said they will charge credit cards from 20th Feb onwards...that means there is still time for them to charge your credit cards.
