I don't want to jinx our team or anything but I really have a feeling that this world cup has a huge potential for Iran to perform the best we ever did in history or perhaps for many years to come. AMEN TO THAT.

I don't feel like we are in-line to get an easy group by any means, hopefully, it won't be a total cluster f*ck.

We'll probably get something more difficult than the last WC's Argentia, Nigeria, Bosnia draw looking at the possibilities ahead.

But if we are lucky enough to draw a team of Bosnia 2014's difficulty level (i.e. Mexico, Croatia, Switzerland or Peru from pot 2), then we can't have the same thing happen again and not show up against a team like that, we have to take full advantage of that in case we get a friendly match-up from pot 2, which means avoiding Spain, England, Colombia and Uruguay. I think our pot 2 draw will play a huge role in whether we advance or not.

Our #1 goal from this draw is to avoid Spain from Pot 2. If we get Spain, we can kiss any slim chance of advancing goodbye.

I hope inshalah GOD will help us today by the draw for an EASY GROUP
i still believe this would be the best for us:

1. Russia
2. Peru
3. Iran
4. Panama or Morocco

Russia we play already 1:1 and we could even win that game by 1:0 why not in the World Cup? Panama we won also in Austria 2:1:why could we not win them in World Cup? And this time we have a good player the new Messi Sardar Azmoun
