According to this blog, the friendly vs. Algeria will take place in Vienna, Austria:

Yes and in algerian Tv sports program (Bilmalchouf on Channel Alhaddaf ), one journalist say Iran will pay between 500000USD to 900000USD! , dunno if that is true but Algeria federation is better than i thought if they negociate that amounts!! if it's true of course but i doubt, i don't trust much journalists in general, i always wait to be sure before really believe.

Hahahahahaha. Trust me, if our federation had that kind of money we wouldn't be waiting for confirmation of friendlies until today.

Although a friendly with Algeria is the best preparation for the game against Morocco, there is no way IFF will pay 900K for a game against Algeria.

If it's up to our federation they would rather let our players sleep in tents than paying for Hotels for example, so let alone spending that much for a friendly (ok, a little bit of an exaggeration, but you get my point).

The 500K is more plausable. I'd be very surprised if they'd really pay close to a million for that friendly.
