I wouldn't say our goalkeepers are bad. Hosseini, Beiranvand, Abedzadeh, Mazaheri are all at a decent standard. All have reasonable goalkeeping fundamentals. It comes down to who wants it more, who is willing to step up and who has the right character for the tournament. We'll see that in these friendlies.

Completely agree with this part. Although I wished I was more optimistic about it as you are.

Wouldn't disagree with that choice. He used to be a midfielder in his younger days, his passing from deep is very good. Beautiful technique on his back spin grass cutter long passes.

If I was Carlos Queiroz I would travell to Europe for talking to there Federations and talk and arrange friendly's instead staying in Tehran. Teams like France, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, Italy or other teams.

I would be worried if I was Carlos Queiroz. We have no serious teams till now.. The Venezuela game was not bad. But playing Syria is wast of time again and not prepairing us for Spain, Portugal and even Morocco and Uzbekistan is good but we need teams like Spain or Portugal level

Algeria is strong if they coming with there A-team World Cup team Tunesia is good for Morocco team, but my Moroccan wife saying that Egypt would be good for us and play almost the some level as Morocco

I love my country, but it‘s not like the European football world is waiting for friendly games with Iran.
For now, I am absolutely happy with Tunisia and Algeria. I am still sure that we won’t benefit from a game against Germany/Spain/France.

Brahimi and slimani seems to be out for algeria/iran game. We struggle to have friendlies and all the fucking team we play from togo to sierra leone algeria have their best players out
Of course spain morocco and portugal will have everybody available mofos!!!
