It’s very hard for me to not start foshing around when I see nobody’s like the 8-0’ers getting all the best friendlies in the world, while our team gets SHIT. Money and politics talk big time!

Our federation is only partly at fault, our image is just working against us. Even fucking Iraq could get more quality friendlies than us since they have been dog food to the West since the US invasion of 2003.

They are just lazy and aren't imaginative at all to counter these hurdles. What did they do since last june to organize our friendlies in october, november and march?
Why don't they try to set friendlies with europeans clubs doing their preseason in the persian gulf during the winter? Why don't they try to set friendlies against Catalunya and Basque country like Tunisia did last year? Why do we always have this useless MoU with every country of the world for nothing coming from it?

Belgium isn't in CQ's plans at all.
Watch this from Navad. IT very nicely summarizes CQ's plans for TM. Only 4 minutes.
3 countries keep showing up - Egypt, Tunisia and Libya. We may end up playing all 3.

Playing some random North African teams makes totally sense though - our main focus is to beat Morocco and take it from there. I think getting the 3 points in the 1st game is CQ’s main goal and by that standard our WC would be considered relatively successful. Just being realistic

Libya won't happen. Their government(s) are puppets of the Saudis and UAE right now.
Tunisia, might happen but their football is the least similar to Morocco.
Egypt, this would be a good friendly, but their gov also hates Iran and a few bucks here and there from Saudi will make sure that Iran and Egypt never even sign a contract.

Summary: we'll probably play Tunisia

Handling wahbi Khazri, tunisia's main legionairre and best player, would be good practice, albeit on a lesser level, for morocco tricky wingers.
