mark my words, this friendly will be cancelled. they are "organizing" the cancellation process. first it should be in June in Iran, than in march in Iran, now they transfer it to March in France, and from there they transfer it to "sadle-sowaleeee"

Oh wow.. I remember he came to Iran and fell down from the airport escalators cause there were like 40 people on one escalator going down Then he never came back

A date with Libya on a non-FIFA day would be an awesome test for domestic league players. However for an official FIFA friendly is a total waste of time.
