This is who we need to worry about for Morroco. https://imgtc.com/w/PJcWc2b

I watched the second half. AEK completely dominated and deserved their victory, Karim was invisible. Masoud had a great chance to score but hit the side netting. His one touch passing was sublime but he had a fairly quiet second half too.

it seems Romain Saiss have bad injury, he is not paying now almost one month and maybe he will ahve surgery, if he don't make it to Russia, that will be big loss,he is the with Benatia reason of clean sheet of Morocco.

hmm for striker i hope H.R will call Hamdallah, player of Rayan who scored the 1st goal and give assist to Tabata for second goal, in my eyes he is one of best Moroccan striker,he lost some of his strenght but still he should at least be in the 23, and of course no place for El Arabi who play for Duhail.

the FIFA changed training stadium for Morocco in Russia from Locomotiv stadium to Chaika stadium in Voronej, city where Morocco establish his base camp, about 1075km far from Saint Petersburg where first match against Iran will be, and 465km far from MosCOW.

The Moroccan federation declared, Morocco will play 5 matchs before Russia, but only march matches are official till now, Morocco will play on 23 march against Serbia in Torino stadium in Turin,Italy then come sback to Casablanca to play against Uzbek on 27 march, ahh Uzbek will play against Senegal in Rabat,Morocco ON 23 march,
may/june matches are still not officially declared even if they announced 3 matches, Morocco will be in concentration in Crans-Montana, Switzerland before flying to Russia.

I have respect for our 3 opponents. But I definitely don’t fear Spain, Portugal or Morocco.

I don’t know what the outcomes of these matches will be. These are tough opponents with their own objectives put into place by their respective football federations.

Our football federation, although incompetent, has done fairly well in terms of preparing this team for Morocco as opposed to our preparation prior to Brazil 2014.

Our team has significantly progressed since the last World Cup. If you remember, Saeed played a good tournament in the 2013 U-17 World Cup. He caught the attention of Atlético Madrid Youth scouts and signed with them. Sardar joined Rubin Kazan in 2013 as well.

Many players followed their footsteps after being coached under the tutelage of CQ. Milad Mohammadi, his killer speed and defense as left back and going up and down on the flank with such confidence against physical Russian right wingers and strikers. He took Pouladi’s missing spot. In the coming years Jahanbakhsh had a tremendous season with NEC, winning player of the year in Dutch Leagues 2nd division. He also helped them promote back up to Eredivisie and later signed with AZ. Then Ramin Rezaeian who sat on the bench in the 2015 Asian Cup but worked hard and now he’s in Europe. Queiroz inviting Sweden’s top 3 central midfielder Saman Ghoddos who is such a versatile player. Even he stated, “The coach can put me anywhere and I’ll do my best for Iran.” Karim Ansarifard’s after having a bad season in Spain, joined Panionios, worked hard and later signed with Olympiacos. Then Masoud and young Team Melli veteran Hajsafi joined him. Hajsafi who played in Germany before coming back to Sepahan. He chose Greece over Sepahan. Then Kaveh, Alipour taking League Bartar by storm.. And many others who followed and continue to follow in their footsteps.

I know I talked a lot but my point is that this Iran team is no joke. With all the positives we have witnessed and the objective being to make it out of the group for the first time in our history, Team Melli will give hell to Morocco.

One thing I’m certain about is that Carlos will do his homework. In my opinion IF we defeat Morocco, Carlos will make sure his boys put 1 more point in the bag. And I strongly believe that if we get 1 point it will come from Portugal. Whether we make it out or not I don’t know.

If you think parking the bus was annoying enough for Kun Aguero to take out and throw our corner flag, these teams have no idea what this new young/fresh Team Melli will do to them if they get the 3 points in the bag.

              I can’t wait

looking forward to that match and world cup, may the best or... the more lucky win, of course i want morocco win but what i don't want is the draw, i want one of us win to have more chance to make it to the next round.

ahh Morocco federation decid to creat team B, with local players that won the CHAN, the african cup for home based players, plus some players who play in europ and gulf.. and couldn't make it to the first team and the both teams will be concentrated in same time, that team B will keep the coach who won the CHAN Jamal Sellami but under supervision of H.R so the both teams will play same style and any player can fit in Team A if he impress H.R, it's not only for world cup but for next challenges.

That Portuguese midfield combination of Mario and Moutinho is very slow.

We can definitely take advantage of that.

I strongly believe WC 2018, is Iran's chance to show the world it can play attractive football against big teams. The result wont matter much because no one expects Iran to beat Spain or Portugal or even Morocco. That is actually the best situation to be in, because right away all the pressure is on the other side to ensure they meet the expectations.

Personally, I would like to see Iran play with good possession and attacking style .... Like how we played against Poland (3rd in the World) in 1974 in Montreal.

I still think Hoorad jan has shortchanged us here. There are a few noticeable absentees in that squad.

One is Ali Alipour, the second best striker that Iran currently has at its disposal.

Another is Hosseini at GK. He is pretty much our number 1 Gk going into the WC for me.

                                Can anyone else name more?
