Tafazolli would bring many qualities in defence I believe. Some could argue he lacks pace, but I believe he has a lot of attributes Hosseini, Montazeri and PAG lack atm. And I don't think we have another solid 4th centre back.

Samizadeh is very talented, watched him a few times here in Scotland. His pace and aggressiveness would fit nicely with our current system, hope to see him in the mix in a few years.
