Why did we lose the third and final Bosnia match (stamina? Playing under pressure of having to win aka psychological weakness? Lack of good prep games? Etc.) And how will he fix this problem for this world cup?

We have to be the fittest team in the group. We can't afford to have any player slacking.

Because they will have to play 2 hard fought games against Morocco and Portugal before they need to raise their fitness levels to the extreme against Spain. Otherwise, they will get smashed about by Isco, Iniesta, David Silva, Thiago etc.

Iran was never ever built to play in 3 high level matches in such a short period and no coincidence that our 3rd match in WC most of the time has been our worst one. This is something CQ need to work on for this WC, one thing sure having a much deeper bench will give him extra options to alternate his line-up and have a fresher players for the last match maybe.

This team is so physically fit at the moment, the South Koreans credited us for having European level fitness during the qualifiers a little over a year ago.
However, as Carlos has said before, the domestic PGL players need to be available for the camps leading up to the WC to be able to compete against the likes of Spain and Portugal. Do you guys remember how the Nigerians ran around Heydari in 2014? If we didn’t have an organized defense we would have been badly hurt on the counter-attack against all three teams.
Now look at who we have on the sides and where they play their football. Ramin Rezaeian as RB and Milad Mohammadi as LB. Morteza Pouraliganji plays in Qatar and although they have the facilities and professional trainers, it is immensely different than European standards. The majority of our central defenders play in Iran and so they along with the other domestic players need to be be compromised by their club coaches.
If we want to have a chance to get close to the round of 16, the right steps requested by Carlos need to be met.
