Some intresting results at the first day.

The strong vietnam lost 1-2 to malaysia in group A, host country Taiwan draw against weak bahrain 2-2.
Seems to be a weak group

in group B Uzbeks trashed south Korea 13-2 to show their quality early in the tournement.
Japan had a hard time against our brothers tajikestan but won 4-2.

we look good, honestly shamsaei should have been back to increase his goal tally, he is fit and can score like 10 against mynamar, 6-7 against china and 6-7 against iraq also, he still can contribute why he is not invited is beyond me

yeah people said the same before 2012 and 2014 tournaments and we lost both.
this is sport, nothing is guaranteed. we are the best in Asia in this sport but we have to prove it in the competition.

Myanmar was easy but we struggled to score when they decided to park the bus. still that was a very good game, Myanmar had some close matches with Thailand, they weren't that bad.

now we won 14-0 but if we had invited shamsaei he could have easily score 7-8 him self or even 10, when falcao get invited why we dont invited shamsaei is a question?i think the iran head coach dont like him and dont want him in the team, they might have to invite him due to pressure from people,media

Iraq just won 3-2 against Myanmar, so they are probably going to be 2nd place. In the quarterfinal we will meet Kyrgyztan or Lebanon. Japan until now did not perform very well.
