Bahrain has beaten Iraq before and shown a better performance overall than Iraq in the qualifications. I watched both quarterfinals, in my opinion the result does not reflect that Japan played much better than Bahrain. Uzbekistan vs. Vietnam was a pretty shitty game to be honest.
I am not sure whether the Iranian team is getting better every year, it rather seems that the other teams are on the decline. We will definitely win against Uzbekistan. Japan could be bit harder but we will still win.
My predictions: Iran - Uzbekistan 5:2, Iran - Japan 4:1

I watched our match against Iraq Futsal and I have to credit their resilience and fighting spirit. Although they played dirty at times, they were very solid defensively and used the few chances they had to score. I think due to the physical nature of the match our players were a bit thrown off mentally and couldn’t give of their best. Iraq Futsal may not be a powerhouse but they are definitely a team to watch out for (again). If we’re put in the position we were last time, there’s a chance that we may not carry ourselves back up on the scoreboard.

What a beautiful and technical performance by TM in every one of their games of this tournament. The players are so fluid and synched, able to predict eachother's location and moves without hesitation. This is what beautiful futsal looks like. Way to go TM, you make us proud!

Iran has scored 46 goals so far and only conceded 6. Goal difference of 40! What an amazing goal scoring machine this team is.

Japan should be scared to their pants to face Iran.

We always underestimate Japan, and they're the only Asian team that can play somewhat decent futsal. We should play our game but not think they'll show up to lose.
