Safe to say IPL has succumbed below the Qatari league now

The usual comments from the peanut gallery about a moneylaundering tournament.
              This tournament doesn't mean shit.

Now please go back to your comments about how Indian football or Chinese football is the next best thing.

Persian Gulf Pro League is still better than Iraqi league and even Qatari league.

With all these issues that exist and our teams (except Persepolis) making fools of themselves I don’t understand why we participate. We don’t need this really. We could use the Saudi problem as excuse to not participate and instead get ready for World Cup.

Zob Ahan and Tractor both lost their matches today.

                                Root source of the problem.
Well in all fairness Qatari/Emirates/KSA top teams benefit from much higher quality foreign players than our domestic teams. Last year's Al-Hilal and in general Persian Gulf state clubs victory against Iranian teams were as result of their foreign players startling display and goals against our teams.

A clear example to prove my argument is how TM beats their national teams in official matches!

QN as good as he is domestically, he once again chokes in international matches. The irony is that his teams often lose international battlefields in the last 15-20 minutes of the games. Zob Ahan's second half display and their loss was just terrible and inexcusable!
