Kind of a combination of gut feeling, korkori and the amount of pk's PP gets. There is just a good chance that PP will get a pk in a game, and in the derby they have been decisive ones. For instance, the pk's PP has gotten in the derby have all been decisive ones which made PP either equalize or win the game (for example Zare's 94th minute pk to make the 1-1, or Ansari's late pk equalizer).

When we (Esteghlal) get a pk, it's when the game is already over, like f.e. when PP was leading 4-1 and we got a meaningless pk in the dying minutes.

Another funny stat is that before that unimportant pk in that 4-2 match that I just mentioned, the last time we got and scored an important pk in the derby goes back to almost 18 years ago!! 18 years!!!!

Anyway, don't take it all that seriously, it's more of a korkori for the ba jambeh members
