Is there a rule for TM to play vs Uzbekistan at least 2-3 times a year?

With any countries that they want , by the start of the AC.
That’s for sure , they have that kind of money and international connections.

Wow, Iran climbed 5 places to 32 while Australia dropped 7 places to 44. How did that happen?

We have the CAFA Championship in early October. Thank goodness we're a part of this sub-association. Its an 8 day competition with 6 teams. Given that, perhaps the calendar plays out with two groups of three teams and the two winners facing off? Or perhaps no "final" and its all based off the table? In any case, seems like there are a minimum of two games here. The contenders are:

Uzbekistan (host), Iran, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan

We have plenty of friendlies before WC plus 3 high level "friendlies" during the WC. So, I don't see any emergency to have friendlies before AC. Uzbekistan + some others randoms asian countries + several camps will be more than enough.

Of course in a ideal world we should use the autumn fifa date to secure good friendlies to develop our national team for 2021/2022. But we all know it is out of reach.

South Korea appointed Paulo Bent, Ansarifard's former boss at Olympiacos as their new manager. His recent career has been unimpressive. Let's hope they continue to suck so that we can have an easier campaign at the AC.

It is now clear to me that CQ is gone and that he was right , Iran will not win the upcoming AC DUE
To IFF’s poor management and lack of money.
Japan and South Korea have each already secured 6 friendly games for September October and November
And TM still has not even one.
With this kind of weak preparation, we will for sure loose in the AC .

This is sadly True, WE have people running our country that are complete and utter idiots and IFF is no exception.... So sad...
