Milad Mohammadi and Mahdi Torabi are by far the fastest I have seen much faster than anyone from 98 and on

Iman Mousavi was amazingly fast without the ball too from what I saw of him.
Irans team in the Fifa 2010 world cup game had Borhani and GholamReza Rezaei as strikers. They both had like 92 sprint speed

I read for pages and still cannot get this out of my head, how in the world can you put Daei there? i've seen some fast moves (okay once vs Chelsea) but to have him in top 5 ???
However, my 11 year is definitely one of the fastest (he beats me )
Seriously, KIA deserves a lot of credit. I remember back in World cup 98, even the Swedish commentator had become a big fan of him. And every time he could take off he would mention it (and there takes off mahdavikia on the side again, getting ready for the pass).
Think he even had a nickname for him "Madhvikia den snabbe? / quicky Kia)Last edited by Under Lahaf; 03-08-2018, 02:21 PM.

I really think it depends what we are talking about here - running with or without the ball?
Without the ball (and post 1998) - I really think Gholamreza Rezaei has to be considered. Rezaei of the 2008-2011 years was unbelievable running a straight line without the ball.
I hate to post this atrocious football that was played by Team Melli (we got absolutely rocked in this game), but this is the clip of Rezaei I wanted to show. Look at the clip at 4:50 - tell me that is not an unreal sprint without the ball.
Ignore the rest of the video if you don't want a flashback to terrible football.
