This is the same problem Iranian teams have had since i can remember, the second we score the team automatically goes into ultra defensive mode... this is due to weak mentality our players have. If esteghlal continued playing the same way we would have won 2/3-0.
Team Melli had the same issue for years until CQ came, now we start the games ultra defensively

I got Tractor and Zob Ahan mixed up. Nonetheless pretty upsetting to see them lose 3-0 to the team bottom of the group. Hopefully they turn it around next game since they are still possible to go through.

I think Esteghlal played poor because
1- The Alain coach had a better analyse of Esteghlal this time.
2- Too many good players were missed
3- Esteghlal didn't play as good as before. Poor or wrong passes. Except Tiam poor finishing.
They have work to do in Summer.

Except that their team will get 100% depleted in the summer. Either players going to sorkhabi teams or Europe (maybe Torabi)
