Only GK and Full Backs have fixed positions in todays modern football, others are (and rightly so) rotating.
Since none of them is a Maradona, or Platini, or Vafaseya, I say BOTH are needed for rotation and no one a guaranteed spot!CHECK OUT OUR FORUM RULES HERE: http://www.persianfootball.com/forums/faq.php

Ehsan Hajsafi because of his versatility and 10 years of experience he has in Team Melli under 3 different eras (Daei, Ghotbi, and Queiroz).
Vahid Amiri is great too don’t get me wrong. He is a mature football player with good awareness, vision, better dribbling technique than Hajsafi. Amiri is a team player. He uses his chances wisely. For example in the away WCQ vs Syria he made a few smart decisions when passing and holding possession to open and confuse the Syrian team.
The point is, they’re both good but they’re also two different type of players. I choose Hajsafi though.

Having said that both of them have become much slower now which means versatility plays a more important role so even in that department Haji Safi is ahead.

Amiri is the worst player in TM, he is a headless chicken, reminds me of madanchi.. He never tracks back to cover the defence, he is mentally weak and never looks upBookmark the PFDC Calendar for TM & WCQ games
