Excellent Game and Amazing prep especially since Tunisia are basically a close clone of Morocco, I know that we actually drew the game, since any other unbiased non arab ref, who values the game, would have awarded TM the legit penalty since Karim was BOTH pulled and pushed inside the 18 yard box! It was totally a biased referring decision but since its a friendly we need to over look this "arab bazee' IMO, both Iran and Tunisia had equal chances with the scale tipping in favor of Iran as we had better goal scoring chances that were wasted due to lack of match praxis and it being the first game. Im confident TM will have a much improved showing tomorrow vs Algeria. CQ is has done so well with this team and all our rival coaches are still scratching their heads to know who will our starting 11 come WC match day! Kudos to this genius!

We also should stop to rely on penalty (Tunisia, Argentina, etc..) and start to score real goals without counting on biased or incompetant referees. Lot of IPL goals are penalties. Lot of Iranian clubs goals in ACL are penalties.
And about the famous Argentina's game, we should stop with this penalty gate. Nothing tell we would have scored the penalty. And even if, nothing tell Argentina wouldn't have wake up from their lethargic game and scored us 2, 3, 4 goals after.
TM squad is full of holes : we have some good players in some positions, but the rest are either inconstant or don't have a minimal level.

Believe my friend and this time it will happen and TM will upset the status quo...

Iran should have been awarded that penalty and won vs Argentina and that would have been the upset of the decade if not the century! This is how historically Football became so amazing so UNPREDICTABLE! But some refs fear this upset, fear awarding calls to underdog teams that can change the status quo, Iran in 2014 in Brazil was that team, don't ever doubt it! we were just robbed by a fearful ref, same with Tunisia game, 99 out of 100 refs would have awarded that penalty against Karim if its wasn't Iran playing!

If you take a look at tunisia squad, you won't find any world class player, unlike the 4 other teams.
Tunisia is a good team, but by no means the best in Africa.sigpicSUPPORT TEAM MELLIIRAN- IRAN - ONLY IRAN
IRAN OUT OF AFC NOW!
IRAN WILL ROCK IN ASIA AGAIN IF IRI IS OVERTHROWN... MUBARAK, BIN-ALI, NOW IT IS THE TURN FOR SEID ALI

Please let’s not forget that these are FRIENDLY matches only
Yes there is no question that Portugal’s defense is suspect at best but look at us we also lost
To Tunisia despite that none penalty call.
What I am saying is that we need luck to be on our side to beat both Morocco and Portugal because they are both stronger
than Iran.

True. Like when Chile was world number 3 after winning the SA cup we beat them. We were 20 something. And Friendlies are not good indicator. But man what bad defence this Portugal has. They lost 3-0 against Dutch. I have a feeling this is the cup where we humiliate Portugal. I have the feeling. They even were suffering against Egypt and if it wasn't for the ref they would have lost that match too. Ronaldo is old and slow but still good in air and of course techniques. If we close that guy the rest are far inferior to our young fresh blood team. What you think?
From my point of view Marocco will be harder to beat than Portugal. The Maroccoans are unbeaten for a long time
and have many talented players were porutgal based on an old CR7.
I am convinced that we will qualify for the second round this time! I trust in A.Jahanbakhsh, Milad
Mohammadi, Pouraliganji, Ezzat., Azmoun, Dejagah, Ghoddos and Gucci.
We are soo unpredictable since we in all positions many players with more or
less same level. Based on the opponent CQ will select a specific squad were Spain, Portugal and Marroco have more ore
less a fix starting XI. For todays game i would love to see Vouria replacing Ramin.
