Analysis of sponsorship in Iran compared to other countries

Found this article when researching national team sponsors. This is from 2014 and this is the reason our team lacks money and funding for friendlies, training and actual growth in our football.
Iran sponsors:

Uhlsport, Kaspid, Iran Khodro
Iran, meanwhile, will compete at their fourth World Cup wearing kits made by Uhlsport, the German brand best known for its goalkeeper gloves. Like Bosnia, they too were once supplied by Legea. The Iranian FA is also sponsored by Kaspid, a web design company registered in England, Iran and the UAE, and domestic carmaker Iran Khodro, which manufactures Peugeout and Renault models within Iran.

Our sponsors are minimal compared to every other country in the last worldcup.

TV Broadcasting Right$ and getting a piece of million$ TV and other media advertisers make from broadcast of the games IS WHERE THE REAL MONEY @, IN TODAY'S FOOTBALL, everywhere in the world..!! especially so in Western markets...!
Nowadays, the immense popularity of the Streaming devices and most folks watching much of their desired entertainment on an On-demand basis with the ability to Record/Pause and skip through the Commercials, The Advertising Value of LIVE SPORTS has more than 20Fold what it used to be (especially the popular ones like Soccer)...!! Because Sports is one of the very few TV programmings left that most folks dont record to watch later in fear of spoilers and the high anticipation and interest levels of it pre-broadcast...!!
Hence why advertisers pay top dollars to advertise their products during sports events .... especially high exposure sporting events such as SuperBowl and WC, etc..!
i happened to watch some of the Commercials during the half-time of the Sierra Leon game and TBH, I was bit impressed with the overall quality levels of the advertisements on IRIB ...!! I can imagine these IRIB Fkers are making a boatload of cash from broadcast of PGL and TM games and hardly pay a fair share of those spoils back to IFF ....!! Hence the biggest reason why IFF is broke all the time .... because their most Valuable Feature is being taken away from them for nearly Free..!!

for example, did you really thought that the English Championship competition frequently isnt being Broadcasted due to the leagues inability to do so...??? answer is No, its only because such widespread broadcast will eat away from TV ratings of EPL and the huge Kickbacks EPL Teams get from TV rights..!! why do you think Big clubs of Europe just keep getting Bigger and how they can afford to drop upwards of 200mil on a Star player...? thats because their games are often broadcasted @ Prime Time and hence offered even more TV right$ kick back for those..!!
ever wondered why would Nike pay an staggering 10Billion in order to become the official On-Field apparel of NFL..!!? or why would TM suddenly become a somewhat desirable sponsorship partner for bigger football brands such as Adidas only on a WC Year where were a qualified team.....?? or why would companies in US pay nearly 4 million dollars for just a 30 Second slot during the Super-Bowl but only pay 20-30 k during other times on the same media outlets...! the answer is the Advertising value is determined essentially by the Levels of Exposure to potential customers..!! a company Ad during the Superbowl targets an average of 110 million viewers/potential customers..! while any other time only a million or less would be seeing that same ad..!

Team China has 13 sponsor companies from China, United States and Germany, annually sponsor money reaches 36million USD just for the man's national team but they are still shit.
