I think Azmoun will start as the loan striker with Taremi as a midfielder on the left. The second striker to replace Azmoun will probably be Ansarifard at this point which King Q has been using as a midfielder as of late.

I think kaveh will be included in the squad, he's got a tank that apparently only one player can be said to have a bigger tank and thats teymourian. i reckon CQ will use him for moments in the 2nd half to put pressure on the opponent in their own half since he runs so much!

He had a very slow start to the season but I really feel that he's doing significantly better with his club! As for Kaveh, he hasn't been scoring much lately in what I consider a league that isn't s strong. Not to mention that a lot of his goals were pks!

I see your point, but remember Kaveh is a horse. At least he can run and chase while Gucci is more of a predator in the box. I dont think Gucci should go but I think CQ will let him go IMO. I just feel that Kaveh brings more to the table and in a game where we need to defend can be reall good.

Also some valid points. TBH I think all the european players will be on the roster. This includes Kaveh and Gucci!

Lol. Sorry but it's true. You can go off of your emotions all you want. People say he scored last World Cup, well that was last World Cup when he was 4 years younger and we didn't have anyone else to play striker. He has had an extremely limited role for TM lately. He also does not possess the attributes that complement our style that someone like Kaveh does. Sure if we were able to take a bigger squad then he should definitely be included as a substitute poacher but we only have a squad of 23, and Kaveh and Karim fit the bill better than him.

He's older now, slow and does not have the physical attributes to tussle with the big CBs of Morocco or the defenses of Spain and Portugal. You really think he's gonna fare well against players like Sergio Ramos, Pique and Pepe? Every post I've seen from you has been praising him based on his reputation and saying "oh he HAS to go to the World Cup over all the other strikers" without any kind of substance as to why. As I said, the teams aren't picked based on reputation and that seems to be the only thing you're touting about him.

I didn't say he should be left out because he's old. I said he is older now and he is obviously not as effective since Queiroz finds a way to play all of his strikers at different moments of matches, and lately, that has not really included Gucci much. I don't doubt his clutch moments and will always be grateful for his contributions in 2014. But that was 2014. He hasn't really done much for this campaign. If it comes down to a situation where we can only take 4 strikers, keeping in mind that Azmoun and Taremi are absolute locks based on their TM performances, I think it would be unfair to leave out Karim or Kaveh for Gucci. Both had better seasons in leagues that are arguably more challenging than where Gucci played.
