yes so subtract TM matches vs Algeria and Tunisia and you have a pretty decent selection there. I find it crazy the shit people say about dejagah, hes the only player that is able to dictate tempo in our whole squad, and keep the ball. Not to mention he is one of our most experienced players too, in a pretty young side

Agree 100%. People haven’t watched us without Dejagah. Without him we have no midfield. I’d rather have him for 10 min than none. Even with his injuries still better than so many people

And we saw vs tunisia and algeria how much we struggle to keep the ball without him. If you havent watched his TM matches (which is what im assuming given the blatant disrespect), And/Or dont understand his influence on matches, you really shouldnt be talking.

he played very little football since then and had surgery on his knee. i don’t question his overall ability, just how effective he could be in the world cup in 40 days.

I cut them because CQ has basically said "certain" players are going to miss out on the World Cup because they are playing in the ACL instead of the TM training camps.

Perhaps it's a scare tactic, or he's referring to the players that had a minimal chance to make the roster (Kamyabinia, Shojaian, Nourafkan, etc.), but I believe CQ will definitely take more than two natural CBs, whomever they may be..
