[Spain vs Argentina] & [Morocco vs Uzbekistan] & [Iran vs Algeria]
Russia is about as toothless as a limp dick without Kokorin, Uruguay will score max 3 goals against them and then rests Suarez/Cavani for the final game vs. the hosts, and Egypt will be too scared politically to score a big win.
I'm worried for us vs. Spain, genuinely am. Especially if we concede early and lose confidence. Sounds shitty, but kind of glad I won't be going to Kazan for that game. It'll be played on my final night of stay in Russia though, so really hope it doesn't ruin the whole trip for me. Fingers crossed ! On the positive side, even the likes of Israel/Albania/Macedonia didn't suffer embarrassing defeats vs. Spain in qualifiers, so I remain optimistic.
Saudi Arabia also lost 0-3 to Portugal without Ronaldo in the last round of international fixtures. I watched that and a couple other recent matches including the Belgium loss. I don't rate them at all. If they played in CAF, they'd struggle to qualify for the ACN, let alone the WC.
Libya would probably give them a match.
Saudi qualified the way they always do. Favorable refs.
They were awarded 3 penalties (all in the last 10 minutes of the game) versus Thailand and Iraq. Instead of walking away with 1 point, they had 6! They're not good even in Asia. But they have alot of money.
germany wil play saudis one week before world cup. traditionally germany play less strong teams in the last warm up match, and score a lot of goals. would be funny if the match end 8:0 in Leverkusen, a week before world cup kick.off..

And on the 8.Day God created Ali Karimi, and he saw he was good!
If Defenders were allowed to use their hands to stop Karimi -
I think their defense is not so good. uzbekistan could have scored 3 in the last 10 minutes. and i think they will suffer in man to man battles. i didnt really see any greater body strength from them. uzbeks had them in the pocket strength wise.
Only 2 players in the 11 that beat Uzbekistan will play at the WC. Most of the other guys won't play a single minute in the WC, a few of them won't even make the list of 23.

Vala man agar jaye arabestan budam ta 100 sale dige dorovare Alman aftabi nemishodam. Nevertheless, great entertainment for us.
No it isn't... Portugal can beat Morocco with bigger margin and also finish with 4 points or draw Spain and finish with 5. It's not always enough, learn your math
Sadly no chance of Saudis being 8-0ed this WC.

it all comes down to what our strategy is ..... if we go for a free flowing, attack minded open game, then anything is possible. Remember, if Brazil can lose 7-1 to Germany on their OWN field, then yes, we can lose 7-1 to a Spain team as well.

Vs Spain that'd likely be the recipe for disaster for TM ..!! and needless to say you'd never see that from a CQ coached team..!!
yet, i agree to the jest of the idea that we must pose a somewhat respectable if not a fearsome Counter Attack vs Spain, otherwise they'll just pile it on us, pin us deep and dictate possession and tempo all game long and likely score more than 2-3 goals in the process..!!
Fact is that What really makes our TM a formidable team is our Well organized, WholeTeam PRESSING and defensive tactics that largely minimizes the space and especially the time on the ball thats afforded to our opponent's offensive players in or around our defensive half of the pitch...! Unfortunately the best antidote against our all out Defensive and Pressing tactics is a good passing and tiki taka sorta of team, especially one in world class caliber of Spain...!!
because they can easily and constantly change the point of their attack with their fluid passing in order to neutralize our pressing and they have the players with the composure and class and clinical finishings to take advantage of the littlest of the created openings ...!!
thats what makes Spain or other traditionally great passing, high caliber teams like Brazil the most dangerous opponents for us to be faced with......! cause they simply possess the "Kryptonite" to our key strength as a team..!!
a while back in 2008 CQ master-minded a somewhat complicated but very detailed and organized team defensive and countering scheme for Man-U in order to surprisingly defeat (one of the most formidable and arguably the best ever Tiki Taka passing teams.!) Barcelona and shockingly derail their near certain title run @ the European CL semis ..!!
my guess would be that Carlito will try and prep TM for the Spain clash in similar meticulous fashion..!!?
in Addition to a swift and somewhat formidable countering tactics, i'd suggest TM to resort to a bit of gamesmanship, intimidations, and clever time-wasting and grassrollling and intelligent hacking/ professional fouling .....!! especially to provide relief when they put us under tremendous offensive pressure..!! off course sending balls over the top for Sardar to run up to on counters and Definitely not lining up players who have shown to have confidence issues and usually go MIA on the pitch when playing vs formidable opponents.....!! Sardar up-top IS AN absolute MUST for that match up and i'd limit his defensive pressing duties (he is terrible @ it anyhow..!) and instead have him saving his energy primarily for swift counters by constantly getting in dangerous counter attacking positions and making the spain backline very weary of his presence and prevent them from moving too far up the pitch in support of their attacking front and further suffocating us in our half of the pitch...!!
گل دوم ایران به الجزیره شباحت زیادی به گل صربستان به مراکش داره. فکر نکنم تصادفیه.
گل اول مراکش به صربها اولین حمله جدی مراکش به صربها بود که داور کشکی پنالتی گرفت
The more I watch Morocco the more I realize they are indeed a kick-ass team!! .... Tall, strong, with amazing technical skills. In a good day, they can probably beat just any team. Uzbekistan looked like a high school team in front of them and were overpowered in just every aspect of the game.
In my opinion, defending is probably the worse tactics you can deploy against Morocco, as they pound you very hard until you give in. The only way to have any chance against them, is to take the game to them even more aggressive and physical than them, from the get go, and to have the stamina to run and fight to the very end. If you can't do that, you are toast!

Uzbekistan is a high school team. Did you watch Iran-Uzbekistan in Tehran? Actually, I doubt this was even Uzbekistan's best team for this friendly. Morocco are good but let's not make them into a giant lol. Also, they're a very defensive team. If they come on the attack against Iran we will be 2-0 up in the first half just like against Algeria.
