Should we keep CQ if we end up with 0 or 1 point in next WC?

well we must win, but with IFF failing to get friendlies or getting cancelled, and camps getting cancelled because tm and clubs have issue, is a problem. I do still believe we must push super hard to beat morroco. but there is so much a coach can do any ways

        What?

We just played Algeria and Tunisia which are two teams on Morroco's level and we have a friendly coming up against Turkey and possibly Greece. If CQ can't get a win against Morroco, then it's his own damn fault and nobody else's. Not IFF, Not The refs, it's all on CQ.

Iranians like to blame I.R for everything from climate change to stubbing their toe against a coffee table, CQ knows this and is already shifting blame onto the government for his potential failures.

People keep mentioning saving big money by not re-signing CQ... do you understand the state our country is in right now?

          1. If you think CQ has received his full salary, I would say guess again
          2. What did we do with the "extra funds" for the last 33 years before CQ? Did we spend it in a worthwhile way?

You are speaking as if before CQ we were spending funds on new pitches, stadiums, academies, etc....

If CQ doesn't get the money (which he currently isn't getting all of), please don't assume it would go to another worthwhile cause.

Come on man Algeria and Tunisia are not even close to Morocco level. Morocco is a much better team.

Thinking more about the situation, I would say regardless of the results, CQ can deliver the Asian cup in 2019 so at least one more year he will be needed. If a young mihani coach with high IQ and high EQ had stayed around CQ for so many years he could be taking over the team upon the winning asian cup.

Arsene Wenger is leaving Arsenal after 22 years! Let's get him after CQ!

As an Arsenal fan I respect Arsene for his past achievements with us, but we should definitely be getting a younger, hungrier manager with fresh ideas.
We need someone to keep improving on the progress we’ve made after CQ leaves, and I see that happening more realistically with someone young like Jurgen Klopp.

Klopp and Guardiola as a double-team seems a stronger unit. Benjamin Netanyahu as fitness coach.

What is the point of having a world class coach, if we can not use him properly? Do we need a person like CQ to show good result in Asian competition? or a person like Schafer is enough for our team to gain that purpose?
yeah, will let's first qualify for the WC with coaches like MK before we get too confident.

Um... what? Mayeli Goh-an was our coach throughout the 1998 Qualification stage and got us to the play-offs.

Viera was hired for the play-off stage (Japan and then Australia games). MK got us to the play-off stage. Tomislav stepped in after we already qualified.
