He is best DM player under14 years old in Iran.
Erfan Javi play for Sorena and he is Mazani. This year after successful season for Neka Star was invited to U14 as a DM player and has been starter and very impressive.
He is very tall ( as tall as Ezatollahi when he was athis age) , technical and determined player. He has to learn a lotand work on his weight and speed if he want to play for U17, U18 , and beyond.
For his club he played at MF but He should also be considered for CD of U14 in my opinion.

Armania U14 Tournament ( ended today) was first test for New class of U14 al though they did not faced strong teams but their record was impressive. 5 games 5 win 19 goals for and one against.

Although Kia Academy has few good player with U14 , it was Mehr Academy who won Championship two months ago by defeating Foulad Academy 2-1.
Doostali their best player who scored winning goals is best striker of U14 and scored the most in Armenia as well.
Doostali is from Mazandaran but play in Tehran.

It seems they expect U14 players to have their own shoes and Insurance !!!
Passport, Student certificate, and parents consent are understandable but Insurance must be covered by IFF for all TM players of all class as they represent national teams.

Recently Yavari ( Esfahan) and Sharifi( Ahwaz) replaced Tahmasbi as coaches of U13 & U14 . So far they have done much better than him. U14's results in China a few months ago with Tahmasbi was so bad that IFF had no choice but to replace him.

This class of U14 seems at this stage is more talented than the current squad of U16. Chamanian with New squad of U16 will be tested soon in 4 teams tournament in Qatar soon.

U14 0:1 U19 Parsian Aborz

U14 lost a friendly match versus U19 Alborz . they are training for games in Qatar next week.

I question wisdom of playing 14 years old players against 19 years old players , more often results in injuries and defeats.
Playing U14 against U16 is understandable but not against 19.

2 months ago U16 ( Preparing for Qatar Tour too) defeated same U19 Parsian by 3 goals.
