I bet most Iranian player transfers will happen on the last day of the extended dealine of the deadline to some mediocre teams.
We will probably have 1-2 player X @ clubless 2018|2019 and a few in second rated EU leagues.
The only realistic hope is ARJB based on his stats and maybe Saman (if Ostersunds doesn't screw him).
I know we all have high hopes and look forward to a major league, but I think we need to lower our expectations.Comment

Buying and selling iranian players makes these intermediatory companies and agents less money than other countries, so the best we can hope for is Russian, Greek and Turkish leagues as this is where our few agents have some contacts.
It is a huge gamble financially buying an iranian player over a korean or japanese player.Comment

It'll decrease their value because it looks like they got signed because of "party bazi" rather than skill. Plus, a lot of leagues/competitions have a restriction on how many non-eu players you can register, so some of these guys might be left out of the roster for European competitions (if Chareloi makes it).Originally posted by greenguy4life View Post
