دیروز و بعد از اعلام نام وحید هاشمیان به عنوان دستیار ویلموتس اینطور گفته شد احتمالا وحید همزمان هدایت تیم امید را هم برعهده خواهد گرفت چرا که بازی های امید و تیم ملی با هم تداخل ندارد.

Abbas Chamanian former U16 coach.


He was replaced as U16 coach , was not considered for U19 but now a candidate for U23 !!! .
If true it's a bad decision.it means IFF has no hope for current U23 team.

Main problem with U23 is team manager Esteeli , incompetence as a team manager.

I personally think Chamanian is still the best option given his experience with u17, which can form the core of this team, and his good character (hes a very respectable person) and he will come very cheap.

On another note, I expect shekari, delfi to get call ups to TM and join allahyar there, will they still be available for TMu23?

I agree with you about possible invitation of few U23 players including Shekari , Delfi, Noorafkan .../
Yes they will be available for next round of U23 games all the way should they advance.

Furthermore, i expect few U24-5 players to be considered for Invitation by Wilmots. Soon Shojaei, Montazeri, Ashkan will leave TM and TM need replacements.

It's too early to judge Wilmots and his policies but one thing is for sure , giving real chance to Iranian assistant coach which we never had during past 8 years.
If Hashemian succeed , more retired players( Neko, Montazerii, Shojaei....) would like to get similar chance.

U23 need a real coach , It's extension of TM alas IFF won't understand.

Furthermore i expect few U24-5 players to be considered for Invitation by Wilmots. Soon Shojaei, Montazeri, Ashkan will leave TM and TM need replacements.

I personally see Naderi as a perfect fit for the backup left back position to provided competition for milad. He is very tall, but quick and built. His positioning and defensive play are very solid. he can deputise as center back as well, and he will be going back to europe after this successful PP loan. He would fit into this category as he just 22.

Delfi is a certainty I think given his form in belgium, but we are quite stacked on the wings.

Shekari imo has been unlucky with rubin kazan being a shitshow this year. Berdyev is now gone as well. In the few matches I saw of him, especially vs zenit at home in the fall, he was excellent and seemed ready. He can be a good option for CAM. Hopefully rubin either decide to use him more next year or sell him.

Noorafkan I personally dont rate too highly, but a successful spell in belgium could put him back in the picture.

Recently, the name of Reza asadi is being mentioned. 6ft4, just 23. Had a good season with saipa and daei highlighted him as one with potential. Seems very likely he goes to turkey this summer. Good defensive midfielder or CM. Do you have any other insight on him? I think he can be an option given we need freshening up in central midfield positions.

Salimi is another guy who can be called up to TM and could push for a roster spot, even though we are good at Center back.
