I agree with Estili, it’s too many chefs but he can take the heat off majidi-namazi due.
True that namazi is more experienced and at least on the paper he should take over but we do need vatani coaches to upgrade.

If majidi doesn’t get the hump and sulk, he should carry on and learn from a more experienced namazi- it’s a delicate one and time will tell!

The team going forward against Uzbeks seemed too open at the back and against opposition counter. Although they missed lots of chances, Against better opposition the result may have been embarrassing.

Seemed like the classic fallback of many of our teams which is an individualistic football culture. Players just want to show themselves and their skills off more than anything else, refusing to take responsibility for the shape and structure of the whole team. Lets just see how things pan out I suppose, going to give Majidi a shot even though the signs do not look good at all.

We had this issue with this class since U18 if you recall . It was Abbasian-Aghasi-Gholami-Razaghpour Defense line conceded 6 goals to Saudi Arabia 3 years ago.
Since then Arta,Aghasi, Dorreh ,Janmaleki, Taherkhani, Mohammadi , Khadempour , Noorafkan has been tried but we are where we are without solid acceptable D line.

This team has some talent on wing and attack the issue is CB and CAM. Taha hasn't been the shadow of himself since the long injury that he suffered last year.
