Boufal is the most famous player not included but that's not surprising as he hasn't played that much this season in his club and he was on the bench when called in the NT.

Not really. There wasn't any doubt about the starters. For the bench players, some fans complain that so and so are not called but no big controversy.

wow I'm very surprised Boufal didn't make it!? It seems like he's had some issues with his club that has affected his selection for the national team as well...I remember watching him play for Southampton and he was quite a tricky player that had lots of support from the fans as well...

Im surprised Youssef El Arabi didn't make the squad. He is having a great season with Al Duhail.

Renard said that he won't select players who choose to play in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar... because he questions their motivation as moroccan players go there just for the paycheck.

He made one exception with Boussoufa who plays for Al Jazira.

Is your central midfielder your weakest link, because the 33 years old Boussoufa who plays in middle east will most likely start?

No the central midflield is actually strong. EL Ahmadi is the most defensive, Belhanda is also physically strong and good with the ball and Boussoufa despite his age has been efficient as a playmaker.

The weak points would be the goalkeeper (he did good in the qualifiers but he hasn't played in club for months) and maybe the left back position (Hakimi is righ footed and plays usually on the right side but the only other left back is so bad that Renard plays Hakimi on that side).

THe white kit that has been revealed is terrible. Adidas said that it's only the third jersey and that the red and grenn jersey will be revealed soon. FAns are very upset and Adidas better make us a good looking jersey.

I don't know enough about Iran to make a prediction and I stil have to see how our players will respond to the pressure of a World Cup even though our team seem consistent and talented.

I think it will be very disputed and not many goals will be scored so I hope for a win 1-0 for us but no ill will towards Iran
