My goodness most you guys whine way too much, hate this Iranian super emotional and impulsiveness trait. For God's sake this was a friendly match, you folks certainly have no clue what the real definition of a friendly match is. It is to try different tactics with a lot of subs and playing many players who may get crossed out down the line. The coaches do not necessarily look into getting desired results, they mainly aim to find their best group of players who sync-in and gel together well. They try different tactics and formations to determine what responds best.

We played against a very young and motivated opponent who feared of no outcome, as a loss wouldn't have been a shame for them. Not to mention, I for one found their U-23 way better and stronger than their senior national team. Although I am confident we will see 90% of this team in the upcoming Asian Games.

Not in the positions and combinations they played in today. In case you didn’t know football is a team game and players play in diff lineups and positions. So I think you’re missing the point with your whiny posts.

I think Gucci isn’t going to make it to the WC

maybe you still dont understand. We have a month left until our first match. The world cup comes around every four years, usually longer for us. We have a better squad than 4 years ago, and we will know go to try and get our best possible results. This team has been training together for two days off the back of very difficult season, matches, for many just three days ago. You on the other hand already think we will be a disaster in the WC, if the players had your loser mentality, argentina that made it to WC final would have pummeled up 8 - 0. They didnt. No more negativity, realism is one thing, but you are already conceding defeat. If thats the case, then just take your sorry ass mentality elsewhere, instead of turning up here out of the blue just to complain/bitch/whine when we dont play well in a game against u23 of uzbekistan with the conditions I just mentioned. Now is the time to give our players and TM energy, and not tell them we are already out of WC.

Exactly. I don’t think I’ve seen this guy post for a long time until now and he’s in here with this loser mentality. I don’t get what whining is gonna accomplish in these discussions besides ruin the mood before an exciting World Cup.

Abedzadeh did fairly well. But our team was very defensive so he wasn’t very active. Yeah Hosseini played in the second half.

Abedzadeh was not impressive and was shaky. Hosseini was not special either but saved a couple of shots decently. I choose Hosseini over Abedzadeh. Abedzadeh had only one serious shot on goal, which he mixed up with our defender and hit his head to the woodwork, luckily our defender block the ball. Abedzadeh lacks confidence to stand in the goal in a friendly match, forget about WC.

Who was number 7 today? He was really making it happen from the left wing
