One of the worst TM games I have watched for a long, long time. Sad performance, awful

You seem to be very generous with your grades, they were playing Uzbek U23 team.
As bad as Gucci was 0 only was deserve for CQ.

Players should be selected base on their conducts and performance during the whole season and not in a single game versus a U23 team.
After 4 years of waiting and BS talks, we have to test an L-winger for LB position at this stage?
It was a friendly home game, no need to behave out of control against referees or opponents.

^ True. CQ's emotional outburst was less than professional. He was worried about injuries. But he should have told the referee and the other coach up in front before the game to by tough and do not allow rough players do whatever they want. In a friendly game you can make that request.

Our team at this moment looked not good against u23 team of Uzbekistan. Shaafer and Bronko wtith so much caring for Asian Club championship did not help CQ much. in the year of the world cup they should have given a chance to other teams form Persian Gulf league to make the players available. I think if CQ had watched the last 8 matches of the top 8 teams of PGL he would have known the best players better for pick. Anyway Ideally 2 moths before the world cup we should have picked the 23 players. Morocco did it. Japan did it. ...

Rezaiyaan screwed up by leaving otherwise he would have made the decision making easier for RB. Please tell CQ stop Hajsafi taking the free kicks. I told you guys the first time Dej was going to England that he should nto do it. he got injured then one more injury recently almost has retired him. Azmoon can go to Spain or Germany but not england. those guys are vahshi and ruined Dej's chanced and he career.

did not watch the game, but according to this forum it was a shit performance. thats okay by me since it was our C team vs a U23 team on a non-FIFA date. hopefully ghoddos will be taking our free kicks during WC. hoping for this line-up vs morocco

Disappointing game, we should have had a better opponent.

A very bad performance indeed. Our team looked like a bunch of individual players trying desperately to impress CQ and make the final squad, rather than play as a team. I still cannot believe the Uzbek U23 team out played our Senior reserves at the Azadi.

But, at the end of the day it was a friendly and it will be a great lesson and warning for CQ to pick the right 23 players for the WC.

I just watched the game again after the list of 24 was released. And non of our players deserved a below than average rating. We had most of the possession and controlled the game easily, something we could just dream about a couple of years ago even against a weak team we could lose if 1-2 of our players was missing.

Some notes from the game:

. Gucci was mistaken by the commentator a couple of times when it actually was someone else than him that had the ball.
. Cheshmi should have gotten a red card for one of his challenges he was lucky it was a friendly otherwise it would earn him a red card, no matter the tournament he would have been sent off directly.
. Ansarifard was playing very deep, picking up the ball at our defence line at times.

whats going on with TM? im confused as I havent been following TM as close as before. We were playing with such good flow during the qualifiers, can someone tell me what happened?

also what is the latest with Dejagahs injury? He was badly missed in the game.
