They are, but I haven't watched or heard the interviews in the same way I saw the 98 players talking about Ivic or Taremi, Azmoun, JB, Saeid, Beiro etc... talking about Queiroz.

So in these instances, I've seen the evidence for how much they credit the respective performances to these two people

In our history, two coaches have been appreciated and credited without reservation by the players for what they brought to the team - Ivic and Queiroz.
More players have talked negatively of him. You only seem to have recorded a couple who praised him.

        Untrue, as always.

You still haven't explained what happened to make you flip and become a racist (this "mozambican" you often come out with ...) single-topic poster on this forum? Did he not stop to sign an autograph? Or was your husband or wife upset with him for some reason. What happened in that one week when you flipped?

Firstly, a nice summary of his bringing discipline to the national team, changing generations successfully, developing youth, giving a winning formula, being a perfectionist, and respect of our culture:

He has instilled discipline; he has structured our team defense; he has changed generations successfully and has introduced youngsters to our football which he has tested and given valuable experience to; he is one of the hardest working coaches if not in the world (which I believe he very well could be) but definitely in our football; he has shown us a winning formula and attitude as he does not compromise on anything, he is a perfectionist and very detailed oriented and I hope he has passed this on to other people in the federation; he has created a fair and competitive player selection regime where players know if they work hard and shine they can be included in TM; he is a great analyzer and is one of the best in the world; he is very respectful when dealing with players, no longer players have to put up with coarse language from coaches; he is respectful of our culture.

Second, a nice comparison of CQ with Branko in 2018 (year 7 of 8):

And finally, here is another appraisal of Queiroz's care for detail and professionalism, eye for talent, and selection choices:

I would trust his selection over any of these analysts and experts making lists from their couches at home. Also I believe whoever says CQ is not watching the league is absolutely wrong. He has proven time and time again that not only does he watch and follow the league but he does it with extreme detail and professionalism. Just look at the people he has brought on, some no one even knew about but here they are. A good example would be Gholizadeh..

Iranian players want to work with Queiroz again...?

^^^ You and people like you are and have always been the problem with TM. Always blind and deaf to your biases and unwilling to come along unless it is what you want. Any player that would make such statements deserves to be cut from the team. That would be a bigger issue wit TM than coaching to be honest. I do not believe these b.s "news" for a second. Seems like dalals had a very profitable 8 years and just are not willing to let it go. Another of the main issues with TM. All of your posts and logic is so easily refuted by STATS and RESULTS. No matter how hard you try his stats are poor at best. Nothing to be thankful for. This reminds me of Humpty Dumpty. He sat on a wall and when he fell down all the kings men and soldiers couldn't put him back together. We will go to the World cup with skocic and have a better showing than two world cups with CQ and you will still come here hail Cq. That is just fan boy logic.

As for your other comments, my only bias is the success of team melli, whoever the coach is. I'm not a troll who changes my tune for whatever reason.

Toilet khers back at it again with the percentages. Imam Hussain (of 'who is Hossein?' fame) didn't die for this, brother.

If Wilmits was given 8 years and no backstabbing from players it is very easy to understand he would have done better than what CQ did in his 8 years. You have to understand a 60% winning percentage while winning 0 cups and having 0 achievements is not that hard to beat. It is easy math. Iran in Asia does not even need a coach to win 60% of the games. It is a huuuuuuuuuge joke. Imagine all the hype with CQ then he gives us these results. And you keep saying what happened? what happened? results happened, Japan happened, Iraq happened, Bosnia happened.....

                      Relax guys.

I think many iranians have a special kind of OCD: finding things to have disagreement about.

Right now skocic is our coach, I will support him, things are what they are.

Tomorrow we may have CQ back: I will support him then also.

Iranian culture, life etc is one big dichotomy. I think iranians have more infighting than leftist cults consisting of three persons.

Nice language. Dude you can make a point without disrespecting a fellow TM fan.

The way you swing those percentage are so unscientific!
If you want to achieve a somewhat comparable percentage you have to calculate the ratio of the opponents average ranking in proportion to yours. Simply if one coach plays 4 games against Brazil, Argentina, France and Germany, and the other plays against the Maldives and the co - then comparing the win % between the two coaches is useless. Unfortunately FIFA ranking can't be used either as team rankings fluctuate seasonally depending on their tournament participation (for example, the Syria team that made the WC qualification playoff in 2018 was a better team but had an average ranking of 112, and the Syria that ended in the bottom of the table in 2022 was ranked 75)

As for your assessment that a 60% ratio and 0 Asian cups achievement is not hard to beat, then why haven't we won the cup in 46 years? Why no other coaches managed to get 4 points at the world cup? Why is that prior to CQ only 3 coaches qualifies us to the world cup? Seriously though, if you don't look like CQ's demeanor, character or coaching style you can simply say that, but distorting facts it only makes you look silly.
