Players to phase out/in following the WC

Based on the WC roster, Which players would you like to see phased out/in after the world cup in preparation for the Asian Cup?


In my opinion:


Phase out:

Montazeri (Will be 35, better young defenders)
Amiri (Will be 30, better attacking options)
Ghoochannejhad (Will be 31, numerous young strikers with quality)
Shojaei (Will be 34, Has glimpses of quality, but not enough)
Dejagah (Will be 32, fitness issues won't improve)
Ebrahimi (Will be 30, too mediocre)
Chesmi (If he continues to perform poorly he should be put aside at least till after the AC)


Phase In:

Delfi
Shariati
Noorafkan
Rezaei
Alipour
Moharrami


As as side note, I think we should give players like Shojaei, Dejagah, and Jalal Hosseini some type of testimonial match.

Most of those players will be needed and used in the AC

Dejagah is still the best player in the country.. Hes like pirlo with age

Agree with all the phase outs except for Dejagah and Gucci. Gucci may or may not still be available and still has a year or two in the tank for the AC. Dejagah needs to remain, he's still our top 2-3 players and gives the rest of the players lots of needed leadership and confidence.

Phase in: add in Majid Hosseini and Gholizadeh. Delfi and Shariati it's too early for AC too, they're probably gonna phase in the next 3-4 years but really depends on their club careers more than anything.
